MS/HS Bulletin January 6

Good luck to Megan M and Trey W as they compete on the South Dakota State Hippology team at the national competition in Denver this weekend!

ICU will be held in Mrs. Honerman's classroom today (Wed.) during advisory as well as after school.

Jr. Class Prom meeting in Mrs. Kurtz room today (Wednesday) during advisory. 

The January FCCLA meeting will be on Tuesday, Jan. 12 during advisory.

On some lunch/breakfast menus is shows no school on January 22, that is an error.  We do have school all day on January 22. 

Student Council meeting on Wednesday during Advisory in the office meeting room.

We are missing computer # J1522.  If you see it please bring it to the office.

Bonus point’s slips from Parent/Teacher Conferences will be handed out on Wednesday in your English class. 

The deadline for dual credit registration is Monday, January 11th.  I need to have all applications by January 8th.

Yearbooks are for sale at the business office. 
$50.00 for the book.
$5.00 for personalization and
$3.00 for any icon they want added to their cover.
These sale prices will be good until the end of the 1st Semester (January 8th)
After January 8th - the prices of the book will go up.  New prices will be
$55.00 for the book
$ 5.00 for personalization
$ 3.00 for Icons

Table Talks will be on Wednesdays.

Grades 9-12:  Class changes can be made today and tomorrow with Mrs. Sternhagen
 
Grade 11:  Youth Business Adventure:  Applications are due Jan. 26 to Mrs. Sternhagen.

Grades 11-12  ACT:  Registration for the Feb. 6, 2016 test is due online by Jan. 8.  Register at www.actstudent.org   and pay with a credit card.  You will test in Aberdeen but be sure to list Groton as your home school.  Remember you must upload a photo to register and then print the admission ticket.  Fee waivers are available – stop by the GO.  Other test dates are: April 9 (Groton) and June 11.   ACT sign up help is available from Mrs. Sternhagen.
