and Students: Operation Cards and Care Packages is underway. Please
show your support to our soldiers overseas this holiday
season by sending a card or goods/foods for care packages. A display
is set up in the library so check it out. Cards and Care package items
will be collected from now until Dec. 1. Thanks!
Show choir members (including pit and tech):
The
sign-up sheets for the Tour of Homes and the Christmas Concert bake
sale are up now. All show choir members must sign up to work
at the Tour of Homes. Students who sign up to work the bake sale will
get $8 per hour.
Someone left their size small “I Hate Shakespeare!” show shirt after the show. See Mrs. Honerman if it could be yours.
"I Hate Shakespeare!" shirts are available from Mrs. Honerman. If you ordered a shirt, please bring $10 to pay for it. You will not receive
your shirt until it has been paid for.
Yearbooks are for sale. The cost without a name is $45 and with a name is $47. The price will go up after Christmas.
Our
school district has been selected to participate in a study conducted
by South Dakota State University. To participate, I would appreciate it
if you would please take a brief online survey that will ask you
questions about school wellness.

Thursday, December 5 is the Elementary Christmas Concert at 2:00 p.m.
The following School Board Policy will be will be enforced if a students are planning to go:
Page 16 in the Student Handbook - Students are
not allowed to attend regular elementary school activities which are
held during the school day unless they are watching a sibling, they are
accompanied by a parent, and are not on the ineligibility
list. All students meeting the aforementioned criteria and who are
planning on attending must have their parents notify the office at least
one day in advance. Any violations will result in an unexcused absence.
This includes any K-12 classroom or co-curricular
activity, unless it is approved by the principal.
