There are YMCA Tackle Football registration forms in the office for boys in grades 3-6.
Dynamics Dance Team tryout sign-up sheet is in the office. If you
are interested, please sign-up and include your phone number. You will
be contacted with a date when tryouts will be held. Those entering
grades 9-12 in the fall of 2016 are eligible to
audition. Keep in mind that practices are held on Sunday evenings.
Relay for Life Archery Team is sponsoring a “Shooting for the Girls”
May 14 and 15 at Pierpont Lake (3 miles south of Pierpont on Highway 27)
on Saturday 9:00 – 4:00 and Sunday 9:00 – 12:00. There will be BBQ’s
on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 for $5 a person.
There are order forms in the office if you would like to order Show
Choir State Champion Shirts. Orders are due to Mr. Swanson by Friday.
Students on the ICU list, it's time to get this work completed! If
you are on the list your presence will be required in school on May 23rd
and 24th. Your grades for your classes will not be complete until the
work is finished, whether you are passing
or not. We expect all work to be completed, not just enough to get by.
Cheerleading try-outs will be May 24th beginning at 4:30. There will
be a 30 minute break at 6:00 and the formal auditions will begin at
6:30.
Summer band lesson forms are due back to Mrs. Yeigh by Friday May 13th.
All JH/HS girls playing summer league basketball this summer turn in your registration forms to Mr. Wanner right away.

MS/HS Bulletin May 5
MS/HS Spring Concert tonight at 7:00 in the gym.
JH Band students please turn in your bus slips to Mrs. Yeigh as soon as possible.
There will be a meeting for grades 8-11 boys’ basketball players at 3:05 today in Mr. Kjellsen’s room.
Sunflower seeds are not permitted in school, including the lunchroom. I would assume good manners would keep you from spitting garbage on the floor, but it's happening anyway.
Friday, May 6 is the last day to purchase a yearbook. Costs are $55 for the yearbook, $5 for personalization and $3 for an Icon.
Seniors--your last academic day is Tuesday, May 10th. You are also required to be present on Wednesday, May 11th from 8:30-12:00 for graduation practice and robe/cap checkout. You will not receive your robe and cap until after graduation practice; your attendance is mandatory. Wells Fargo is providing pizza and the office staff is serving ice cream for your lunch.
Seniors need to have all library books turned in by Friday, May 5 to avoid fines. Grades 6-11 need to have all books turned in by Monday, May 16 to avoid fines.
Grade 12: For your second (2017-2018) year of college you will file your FAFSA using 2015 tax information in the fall of 2016. Be sure to talk to your college financial aid office about this. The timing of the FAFSA application is changing – from now on it will be in the fall.
