Student Council will sponsor "Jungle Day" activities on Thursday beginning at 1:20.

Class meeting to discuss Homecoming is September 23rd from 2:00-2:33. 

Class Treasurers, please update your Class Due Lists with Mrs. Morehouse.

The deadline for registration for 6th grade GBB at the Aberdeen YMCA is Sept. 26^th.  You can register online or at the Y.   Practice will begin Wednesday, Oct. 5^th from 6p-8p in the old high school gym.

ICU on Thursday (September 22), Friday (September 23), and Monday (September 26) afternoon will be in Mrs. Honerman's classroom.

There will be a mandatory senior class meeting on Friday, September 23rd at 9:30 in the music room.  Please make the necessary arrangements to attend.

Student Council: Send an e-mail to Dr. Schwan to let her know if you'll be attending the Region Workshop in Henry on October 21st.

The Carnival of Silver Skates order forms and payment are due to Mrs. Hanten by Friday, Sept 23.

The first drama club meeting of the year will be held during lunch today in Mrs. Honerman's classroom.

Hub City Bowl tickets are available for purchase at the business office.  Students are $3 and adults are $7.   The games are on Friday, September 23 at Swisher Field. 

Soccer shirts can still be ordered until Friday, September 23.  Order forms are in the office. 

Grade 11:  Please bring the Post High Planning Day barcode registration form to Mrs. Sternhagen. 
 
Grade 12 Wendys Heisman:  Scholarship opportunity and recognition for scholar/athletes.  School, state, region, and national winners are selected.   Fill out the application online.  It must be verified by me – put me as the Reviewer (Jodi.Sternhagen@k12.sd.us)   Please make sure your GPA (unweighted), class rank and ACT scores are accurate.   Unweighted GPA’s are found on your transcript.  In order to insure that the verification process goes smoothly, please complete the application by Sept. 28, 2016 as the site is too busy later in the week.    www.wendysheisman.com.

Grades 9-12 Scrubs Camp – October 10, 2016 at Presentation College (deadline Sept. 30-  but may fill sooner).  Learn about health care careers possibly including psychologist, EMT/fire rescue, medical assisting, chiropractor, pharmacy, physical therapy and wound care.  Huron also has a camp on October 5, 2016.   http://scrubscamps.sd.gov/camp-locator/.  Application requires a signature from a teacher or counselor and a parent signature.
