MS/HS Bulletin August 29

Student Bulletin

Any 7th, 9th, 11th grade, or new students involved with fall sports who have not taken the Impact test for concussions should see Mrs. Dennert Monday to schedule a time

Reminder -- if you are going to be gone from school you need to get a make-up slip from the office.  It would be best to get your make-up slip/homework the day before you will be gone.

Any cross country runner that did not get a t-shirt order form can pick one up in the office.  Please return them to Mr. Franken by Tuesday with money.

Students--I was very clear in our meeting on the first day of school about my expectations concerning the new cell phone policy.  Either some of you didn't understand or are choosing not to understand.  I explained that if the majority of my day is spent dealing with cell phone issues the privilege would be taken away.  Now, just days into the school year we have had issues.  You have plenty of opportunity throughout the day to use your cell phone.  They will be off during classtime, you will not take pictures in the school building, and you will not use them inappropriately.  This is a major change in policy; you should take care to preserve it.  Consider this your last warning.  If phones continue to find themselves on my desk or I continue to hear of inappropriate usage, cell phones will once again become prohibited in school.  I've given you this privilege; it's up to you to keep it.  Don't ruin this for everyone who is enjoying this new privilege positively and appropriately.   Mrs. Schwan

Please do not drive on the south side of the school while the buses are being loaded.  Thank you.

If you have a pad-a-lock on your locker please let the office know the combination.
