MS/HS Bulletin March 7, 2014



Middle School students that are on the ineligibility list must check in with Mrs. Harry in the Art room right after school.

 

Mrs. Seibel's 9th grade health class should report to her classroom today and not the conference room. 

 

Seniors--You do NOT have open campus during advisory; you are to be here. 

All students--you do not have permission to use lockers that have not been previously assigned to you.  Get your things back where they belong.  Articles found in unassigned lockers will be collected. 

 

Junior High Choir all hour today.

 

There will be a show choir performance tonight at 6:00pm. The junior high and high school show choirs will be performing. It is free and open to the public. 

 

Life Touch pictures will be handed out in English class today.  Please take them home for your parents to see.  You can keep one sheet from the packet free of charge.  You may purchase the other sheets or the entire picket at a discount.  Return payment and/or unwanted sheets to the office within 5 days.

 

Girls’ basketball players need to turn in their uniforms to Mr. Wanner as soon as possible.

 

Senior shirt orders are due today.  Turn them in to Mrs. Erickson. 

 

The March FCCLA meeting will be Monday, March 10 during advisory in the FACS room.

 

Good luck to the DI Teams at Regions on Saturday in Aberdeen.

 

Good luck to the Show Choir at the Show Choir Competition on Saturday in Aberdeen.

 

Saturday night turn your clocks ahead 1 hour for the time change.

 

Grades 10-12:  Job Fair Tuesday, March 18 from 12:30 – 5 pm at the Aberdeen Civic Arena.  Must be 16 years old.  Many job opportunities – may be hired during the fair.  Bring a resume or fill out applications.  The DOL will help with interviewing if you have questions.  See Mrs. Sternhagen.

 


 

Grade 12:  Reminder to do the FAFSA as soon as possible.  www.fafsa.gov

 

Grade 11 and 12: ACT registration for the April 12th  test is due online by March 7 TODAY!!!!   Register at www.actstudent.org

 

Grades 11-12:  The following college representatives will be in the School Counseling Office to visit with students.  Please make arrangements with your teachers.
